I enjoy breaking things and fixing them. That’s why I became a tech troubleshooter and quickly realized the most important tech lesson that if it works, don’t touch it. This important lesson was taught to me over and over because of situations I would get myself into. Eventually, I realized that this lesson is applicable to many areas of life including our body.
I also moved around a lot in life and started to notice patterns all around us. i.e. if you look at one house that has nice flowers, lights or stones or basketball net, you will see that neighbours around them also have similar flowers, lights, rocks, basketball net or whatever else. The trend gets smaller and smaller as you move away from the main house. Next time you walk a neighbourhood, see if you can confirm this.
Another important pattern I noticed is that people in same buildings and neighbourhoods show a lot of the same health symptoms. This was a breakthrough for me because I had been seeking answers for acne, anxiety, back pain, knee pain, hair loss, belly fat, brain fog, you name it. Then I spent a few years restoring my health and I was shocked at how much of a difference our environment makes.
As I moved around a lot, I started to avoid these environmental hazards and documented them so others can also get their health back! My book explores practical strategies for avoiding over 100 health “destroyers” focusing on providing a long set of healthier alternative ways to go about your daily life and ultimately, how to be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
I’m also deeply interested in rethinking life’s great old questions from the origin of universe to current world affairs and challenging conventional ideas. I hope you join me on this journey to explore more!
When I am not breaking and fixing things, you can find me exploring nature with my dog.
